What you will do

• Manage the customer order backlog throughout the entire fulfillment lifecycle from booking to shipment.
• Act as the primary operational contact for Contract Manufacturers to track shipment commits and resolve execution gaps.
• Partner with Order Management, Supply Base Management, Sales, and RevOps to ensure successful order execution.
• Proactively identify fulfillment risks and drive timely issue resolution across stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance fulfillment efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in order fulfillment.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (pivots, charts, xlookup).
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable startup setting with high ambiguity.
• Flexibility to work US East Coast hours and accommodate various global time zones, especially EU.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Experience with SFDC.
