Solutions Engineer, SMB (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada; in-person onboarding for go-to-market roles takes place in Toronto. Occasional travel may be required for offsites, department meetings, and customer events in Canada, the United States, and/or EMEA.

Salary: USA-based roles: $77,000–$104,000 USD annual base salary, commission-eligible. Canada-based roles: $72,000–$98,000 CAD annual base salary, commission-eligible.

What you will do

• Support self-service and SMB customers with product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Support sales and other go-to-market teams with customer requests, technical consultations, and learning resources.
• Respond to vendor requests, security questionnaires, compliance needs, and legal requests.
• Create and manage go-to-market knowledge-base content and record video resources for customers and internal teams.
• Provide training and facilitate customer office hours.
• Act as a go-to-market resource for questions about hirify.global and help create product learning materials.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS, security, or technology environment.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to a general audience.
• Strong presentation and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

• Personal experience with hirify.global or another password manager.
