Senior Technology Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the strategic direction and roadmap for 1–3 technology products or capabilities.
• Lead customer discovery, validation sessions, and product experiments to test assumptions and identify opportunities.
• Develop product strategies using customer data, market trends, competitive insights, and operational realities.
• Drive AI-enhanced feature development with engineering and data science teams.
• Define and monitor success metrics, including adoption, engagement, feature utilization, and customer retention.
• Partner with finance, product owners, technology leadership, general managers, and senior stakeholders on profitability, budgeting, investment decisions, backlog clarity, and roadmap communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience leading product strategy, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with financial modeling, ROI evaluation, and business case development.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled features, analytics tools, and product experimentation methods.
• Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 15%.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or data-centric platforms.
• Training in product strategy, Lean Startup, or similar frameworks.
• MBA degree.
