Commissions & Payroll Manager

What you will do

• Own end-to-end commission strategy and payout processes for Sales and Customer Success.
• Design and evolve commission and compensation programs, including related communications and materials.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Recruiting, Finance, and People teams on compensation strategy, career progression, and new-hire compensation practices.
• Direct domestic and international payroll operations covering salaries, hourly wages, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, FLSA standards, and wage and hour regulations.
• Maintain HR, benefits, and accounting system integrations, improve data integrity, and automate payroll workflows and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance, or Accounting, preferably in a high-growth or SaaS environment.
• BA/BS degree with a quantitative emphasis or related practical experience.
• Experience building complex Excel or Google Sheets models.
• Experience automating processes and improving efficiency using AI.
• Experience partnering with and presenting insights to senior leaders.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain quantitative insights to non-quantitative audiences.
