TL;DR
Manager, IT Operations (AI): Running Echo Base’s corporate IT environment, selected web properties, and internal AI workflows across cloud infrastructure, identity, security, and production websites with an accent on reliable operations, access governance, and practical technical judgment. Focus on mapping infrastructure, closing access and backup gaps, operating AWS and Cloudflare environments, managing agentic workflows, and maintaining secure website releases.
Location: Remote from Ukraine, Poland, Spain, Lithuania, or the Philippines

What you will do
- Own the technology operating model, including systems inventory, access standards, vendor relationships, the IT roadmap, and operating routines.
- Administer Google Workspace, user lifecycle management, groups, access controls, endpoints, SaaS applications, and core security settings.
- Maintain AWS access, monitoring, backup checks, Cloudflare DNS, CDN, SSL/TLS, WAF, domains, and incident troubleshooting.
- Operate internal AI tools and agentic workflows, including integrations, access controls, monitoring, documentation, and lifecycle management.
- Own corporate website operations, including CMS and light front-end changes, hosting, testing, releases, change control, and rollback procedures.
- Provide IT support and maintain runbooks, system maps, access reviews, patching, backups, security procedures, and incident documentation.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in IT operations, technical operations, cloud or infrastructure support, or internal IT ownership.
- Experience as the primary technology owner in a lean, high-trust environment such as an investment firm, crypto company, fintech, startup, family office, or professional-services firm.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, AWS fundamentals, Cloudflare, DNS, SSL/TLS, identity and access management, endpoint management, and SaaS administration.
- Experience operating production websites, including hosting, CMS or deployment workflows, release coordination, testing, and rollback.
- Strong judgment in security, access control, least privilege, backup verification, vendor risk, incident response, and production troubleshooting.
- Professional English and the ability to work independently with executives, employees, vendors, and specialist engineers are essential. Modern AI systems and agentic frameworks, including LLM workflows, tool/API integrations, orchestration, evaluation, monitoring, and safe production operation, are required.
Nice to have
- Experience in crypto, digital assets, fintech, investment firms, or regulated environments.
- AWS, Google Workspace, Cloudflare, or security certifications.
- WordPress or another CMS, Git-based release workflows, lightweight front-end development, Bash, Python, or low-code automation.
