What you will do

• Own the technology operating model, including systems inventory, access standards, vendors, roadmap, runbooks, and decision records.
• Administer Google Workspace, user lifecycle processes, endpoints, SaaS applications, access controls, and core security settings.
• Operate AWS and Cloudflare environments, including monitoring, backups, DNS, CDN, SSL/TLS, WAF, domains, and incident troubleshooting.
• Run internal AI tools and agentic workflows, managing integrations, access, monitoring, documentation, evaluation, and lifecycle processes.
• Own the corporate website, including CMS and configuration changes, hosting, testing, releases, change control, and rollback procedures.
• Provide hands-on employee IT support and maintain access reviews, patching, asset records, procurement, backups, and incident procedures.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience in IT operations, technical operations, cloud or infrastructure support, or internal IT ownership.
• Experience acting as the primary technology owner in a lean, high-trust environment.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, AWS fundamentals, Cloudflare, DNS, SSL/TLS, identity and access management, endpoint management, and SaaS administration.
• Experience operating production websites, including hosting, CMS or deployment workflows, release coordination, testing, and rollback.
• Strong judgment in security, least privilege, backup verification, vendor risk, incident response, and safe production troubleshooting.
• Professional English is essential, along with the ability to work independently with executives, employees, vendors, and specialist engineers.

Nice to have

• Crypto, digital assets, fintech, investment-firm, or regulated-environment experience.
• AWS, Google Workspace, Cloudflare, or security certifications.
• WordPress or other CMS experience, Git-based release workflows, lightweight frontend changes, or automation with Bash, Python, or low-code tools.
