What you will do

• Own the internal IT strategy, roadmap, budget, vendor portfolio, and service experience.
• Lead the IT Support and IT Tooling & Automation teams while setting technical standards and developing people.
• Administer and integrate the business application landscape, including CRM, finance, HR, collaboration, and engineering tools.
• Build automated onboarding, offboarding, identity provisioning, self-service workflows, APIs, webhooks, and internal services.
• Own the internal AI tool portfolio, including evaluation, procurement, administration, usage governance, cost control, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with Security and Legal on Zero Trust, data handling, compliance, and ISO 27001 audit readiness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT engineering, business systems engineering, or internal platform engineering, including 3+ years leading relevant teams.
• Hands-on engineering experience with Python or a comparable language, APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and integration frameworks.
• Experience owning and integrating SaaS business systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, finance, HR, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, GitHub, and Notion.
• Demonstrated delivery and governance of AI tooling, including LLM assistants, knowledge retrieval, AI support, or agentic workflows.
• Deep experience with SSO, SAML, SCIM, identity lifecycle automation, MDM, and Zero Trust access models.
• Experience with security audits and compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR; excellent executive-level English communication is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic platforms, MCP, Claude, Gemini Enterprise, OpenAI, Copilot, or internal LLM agents.
• FinOps-style governance of AI and cloud spending, including usage analytics and per-seat economics.
• An SRE mindset applied to internal IT, with SLIs and SLOs for employee experience.
• Experience consolidating technology stacks after company growth or M&A.
