Stock Program Manager

What you will do

• Administer equity and stock programs, including grants, vesting events, exercises, transactions, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain accurate equity data across systems and coordinate operations with Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll, and external providers.
• Support stock-based compensation accounting, financial reporting, audits, close processes, tax requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide Partners with education, guidance, and support on equity programs, processes, and tools.
• Prepare equity reporting, forecasts, and trend analyses to support financial planning, compliance, and program effectiveness.
• Improve workflows, controls, integrations, reporting, and scalability through automation, technology enablement, and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in equity compensation administration, stock plans, accounting, finance, total rewards, or related operations.
• Experience with stock-based compensation accounting, financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll, and external service providers.
• Proficiency with equity management platforms, financial systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using technology, automation, system integrations, and data analysis to improve operations and reporting.

Nice to have

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
• Experience with Carta, Shareworks, Fidelity, E*TRADE, Morgan Stanley, or similar equity management platforms.
• Experience in a private, pre-IPO, or high-growth company.
• Familiarity with equity administration, payroll, HRIS, and financial system integrations.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or reporting technologies for finance operations.
