What you will do

• Manage global equity compensation programs (stock options, RSUs, ESPP) from grant through settlement.
• Perform monthly and quarterly audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with global regulatory, tax, and securities requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Payroll, HR, Tax, and Treasury departments.
• Update and maintain stock plan procedural documents and SOX controls.
• Prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of stock administration experience in a US-based global public company.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Workday and Equity Edge Online (EEO) is preferred.
• Familiarity with payroll processes that impact stock administration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
