Senior Financial Reporting Manager (Stock Plan Services)

Location: Lone Tree, Colorado, United States; onsite 4 days per week

Salary: USD $112,300–$155,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Provide financial reporting support and recommendations to corporate clients.
• Lead discovery and consultation conversations to determine client needs.
• Advise on domestic and international share-based payment concepts.
• Apply knowledge of stock plan record-keeping architecture and Schwab EquiView configuration, expense, and disclosure calculations.
• Monitor regulatory changes, support thought leadership, and provide sales support.
• Identify development opportunities, gather business requirements, and collaborate with Product Management on new financial reporting features.

Requirements

• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• At least 7 years of experience in financial services, including at least 5 years in equity compensation.
• Experience with ASC 718 and IFRS 2.
• Strong communication, business analysis, problem-solving, critical analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification.
