Stock Plan Corporate Services Operations Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote - Nationwide; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Base salary: $96,100–$135,700 per year, with potential bonus participation.

What you will do

• Manage operational relationships with self-administered stock plan clients and support relationship managers serving full-service clients.
• Advise corporate issuers, Treasurers, Plan Sponsors, and participants on brokerage account opening, onboarding, trading, settlement, money movement, and stock plan transactions.
• Provide guidance on Rule 144 filings, SEC Forms 3, 4, and 5 reporting support, and Rule 10b5-1 trading plan processes.
• Coordinate operational readiness for vestings, enrollments, stock splits, spin-offs, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate actions.
• Monitor risks, facilitate issue resolution, and coordinate real-time communication across internal teams during complex or high-volume events.
• Lead education sessions and presentations for corporate clients and participants while driving process improvements and client experience enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in brokerage operations, stock plan administration, equity compensation, relationship management, or financial services.
• Expertise in equity compensation plans, including RSUs, stock options, and ESPPs, as well as brokerage account servicing.
• Strong knowledge of Rule 144, SEC Forms 3, 4, and 5, Rule 10b5-1 plans, securities transaction processing, settlement, and money movement.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, or the ability to obtain them when permitted by business requirements; FINRA fingerprinting is required upon hire.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

• Experience supporting publicly traded company stock plans.
• Experience working with corporate issuers, Treasurers, or Plan Sponsors.
• Presentation and consulting experience with corporate clients and participants.
• Understanding of stock plan administration systems and brokerage platforms.
