Location: San Antonio, Texas, United States; requires 100% U.S. travel, occasional international travel, frequent overnight stays, and the ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport.

What you will do

• Start up, audit, maintain, repair, and train customers on product inspection equipment.
• Execute scheduled service calls while balancing cost, time, safety, and customer expectations.
• Diagnose service issues, identify root causes, and deliver first-time fixes.
• Coordinate with customers, dispatch, management, and service departments.
• Prepare service reports, documentation, timesheets, and expense reports.
• Maintain company equipment, tools, inventory, and technical knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree in electronics or engineering technology or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, conveyor systems, AC/DC electrical distribution systems, and Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with hand tools and digital test equipment; ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict-management, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to drive long distances, travel by car or air, and frequently lift and move equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Must be willing to work early mornings, late nights, overtime, weekends, and occasional 10+ hour days; the role involves safety-sensitive work and drug testing where permitted by law.
