Product Owner (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Alpharetta, Georgia, with 2–3 days in the office; candidates must live within commuting distance.

What you will do

• Own and maintain product backlogs for Collision scrum teams throughout the software product lifecycle.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned, unblocked, and on schedule.
• Translate roadmap initiatives into prioritized feature sets, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release-ready products.
• Gather customer, user, and dealer feedback and use it to guide product enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineering, technology leads, UI/UX, and customer-facing teams on requirements, designs, releases, documentation, and client tickets.
• Define release success criteria and track product performance after launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, software engineering, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience as a Product Owner in a software company.
• Proven ability to work effectively with key customers and manage relationships across diverse teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, business acumen, prioritization, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools and technologies and the ability to apply AI capabilities.
• Must be able to work 2–3 days per week in the Alpharetta office and live within commuting distance.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI development.
• Ability to define agent goals, multi-agent workflows, communication protocols, and task-decomposition schemas.
• Experience managing AI-agent backlogs and defining behavioral user stories, success metrics, and completion criteria.
