Product Owner I (AI)

Location: Remote (United States); East Coast schedule required, with periodic work travel.

What you will do

• Define product requirements and features with product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Manage backlog priorities, participate in refinement and sprint planning, and prepare work for execution.
• Partner with engineering, design, integrations, and operations teams to deliver customer-facing products.
• Communicate product status, progress, and releases to stakeholders, executives, and customers.
• Create product documentation, user guides, release notes, and other product artifacts.
• Monitor product metrics and conduct user and customer research to support data-driven prioritization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, or APM working on a product used regularly in daily work.
• Experience driving projects with predictable delivery cadences and multiple stakeholders from diverse disciplines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated use of AI-supported tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to save time or improve work output.
• Ability to learn and apply new AI and automation tools independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States on an East Coast schedule and travel periodically for work.
