Associate Operations Manager (Robotics)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah; 100% in-office and in-field throughout the Greater Salt Lake Area, with limited travel to other new markets if needed.

What you will do

• Track daily KPIs and optimize operational output and commercial availability.
• Lead and motivate a colocated operations and service team, working with managers and the general manager.
• Establish and refine daily and weekly processes for real-time operations management.
• Coordinate with remote assistance, technical program management, facilities, engineering, and other cross-functional partners on operations and resource allocation.
• Develop operational solutions to complex and ambiguous technical problems related to autonomy.
• Provide onsite leadership during incident response and support tactical and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• Experience leading operations teams of 10–50 people.
• Deep experience with autonomous vehicles and/or robotics.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex ideas to team members, peers, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and operate in ambiguous situations.
