FP&A Leader (AI)

What you will do

• Own company-wide corporate FP&A including long-range planning, forecasting, budgeting, and public-company reporting support.
• Develop decision-quality KPIs, dashboards, and financial models trusted by leadership and investors.
• Serve as primary finance partner to G&A leadership for budgeting, headcount planning, and spend management.
• Lead revenue forecasting and partner with Sales and Product teams for accurate projections and guidance.
• Build automation and AI-enabled workflows to increase team output and reduce manual processes.
• Establish public-company-ready operating rhythms and reporting cadences.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles.
• Experience in public or newly public companies preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and executive communication skills.
• Proven leadership as a player-coach building talent-dense teams and scalable systems.
• Technical fluency with Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Python, AI tools, and BI/planning software.
• High agency and ability to operate in ambiguity with strong judgment and systems thinking.

Nice to have

• Experience in hardware, semiconductor, or complex infrastructure businesses.
• Familiarity with performance management, scorecards, and ERP/BI systems like NetSuite, Oracle, or Looker.
• Strong AI affinity and experience applying AI tools to automate and enhance financial workflows.
