Senior Product Delivery Manager (Fintech)

Location: US - Foster City, CA; hybrid work with at least 3 days in the office. Travel is required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $169,100–$270,800 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional delivery for new hirify.global Direct products and enhancements from concept through market launch.
• Coordinate execution and roadmap alignment with Product Managers and Engineering Leads.
• Track delivery health through KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Resolve delivery blockers and facilitate escalation, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Build stakeholder relationships and ensure high-quality, delivery-ready requirements and commercial milestones.
• Coach Delivery Managers and drive retrospectives, continuous improvement, and scalable delivery practices.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, Agile Delivery, or Project Management, preferably in software-first fintech or startup environments.
• 5+ years of line-management experience with a strong record of coaching and career development.
• Experience with Agile or scaled Agile frameworks and technology-led delivery environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale products or solutions in a matrixed, global organization.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, decision-making, and influencing skills.
