Consultant, Delivery Leader (Technical Project Manager)

Location: Hybrid schedule with on-site work two days per week at an office in Scottsdale, Arizona; Des Moines, Iowa; or Columbus, Ohio. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of one location.

Salary: $118,000–$222,000 annually; expected starting range: $118,000–$178,000.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, business outcomes, benefits realization, and incremental planning.
• Manage project dependencies, scope definition, prioritization, capacity, risks, blockers, and change management.
• Oversee project financials, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, status reporting, and delivery health.
• Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate contract negotiations, statement-of-work development, and vendor oversight.
• Build alignment across technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior leaders through influence and collaboration.

Requirements

• Technology program management or technical project management experience.
• At least six years of experience in technology or a related field, including three years delivering outcomes or projects.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives involving budgets, forecasting, risks, dependencies, and executive-level reporting.
• Strong facilitation, relationship-building, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to support meetings and project deliverables across multiple time zones.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employer-sponsored work authorization and STEM OPT Extension participation are not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, engineering, mathematics, computer science, data analytics, or a comparable field.
• Technology, PMI, SAFe, Agile, or Lean certifications.
• Insurance or financial services industry knowledge.
• Awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends.
