Professional Services Manager (AI GRC)

Location: United States; remote with flexibility aligned to role responsibilities and customer delivery. Travel is required as needed for customer on-sites, team planning workshops, and company gatherings.

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 per year plus variable compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead complex professional services engagements from discovery through delivery, defining requirements and documenting business outcomes.
• Architect and configure advanced Risk Cloud workflows and data models for bespoke enterprise GRC use cases.
• Use AI-assisted workflows and platform capabilities to accelerate configuration and optimize process mapping.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, customer health, request queues, and risk mitigation independently.
• Provide strategic advisory across enterprise risk management, compliance, third-party risk, and audit.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Account Executives, and Product teams while mentoring junior consultants.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, SaaS consulting, or enterprise implementation within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience independently managing complex or bespoke customer projects.
• Advanced technical and solution architecture skills, including custom software platform configurations and integrations.
• AI literacy and curiosity about applying emerging technologies to workflow design and delivery.
• Strong executive presence, written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and project ownership skills.
• Ability to travel for customer on-sites, team planning workshops, and company gatherings.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a GRC practitioner, such as Risk Manager, Compliance Officer, or IT Auditor.
• Experience with hirify.global Risk Cloud or platforms such as AuditBoard, OneTrust, Drata, or MetricStream.
• Experience delivering post-go-live enhancements, advisory engagements, or bespoke professional services.
• Familiarity with API integrations, data transformations, reporting, or analytics tools.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, third-party risk, or internal audit processes.
