Professional Services Manager (AI GRC)

Location: Hybrid, based out of the Chicago HQ or Bellevue office in the United States, with recurring in-office days and travel for customer on-sites, team planning workshops, and company gatherings as needed.

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 per year plus variable compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own complex professional services engagements from discovery through delivery, defining requirements and documenting business outcomes.
• Architect and configure advanced Risk Cloud workflows and data models for bespoke enterprise GRC use cases.
• Use AI-assisted workflows and platform capabilities to accelerate configuration, process mapping, and GRC program performance.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, account health, customer requests, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Advise enterprise risk teams on risk management, compliance frameworks, third-party risk, and audit.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Account Executives, and Product teams while mentoring junior consultants and sharing configuration best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, SaaS consulting, or enterprise implementation within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience independently managing complex or bespoke customer projects and protecting project scope.
• Advanced technical and solution architecture skills, including complex software platform configuration and enterprise integrations.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, discovery facilitation, change management, and presentation skills.
• AI literacy and interest in applying emerging technologies to workflow design and delivery processes.
• Ability to work from the Chicago or Bellevue office as needed and travel for customer and company engagements.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a GRC practitioner, such as a Risk Manager, Compliance Officer, or IT Auditor.
• Experience with hirify.global Risk Cloud or platforms such as AuditBoard, OneTrust, Drata, or MetricStream.
• Experience delivering post-go-live enhancements, advisory engagements, or bespoke professional services.
• Familiarity with API integrations, data transformations, reporting, or analytics tools.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, third-party risk, or internal audit processes.
