Principal HR Business Partner

Location: US Remote

Salary: $190,000–$235,000 per year for US-based candidates; compensation outside the US is determined by location.

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders on business strategy, organization design, leadership, and talent.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design for a growing business.
• Coach leaders through organizational change, leadership transitions, performance challenges, and other high-impact situations.
• Develop scalable approaches that improve leadership effectiveness, team operations, decision-making, and organizational growth.
• Identify organizational risks and opportunities by connecting patterns across leaders, teams, and the broader business.
• Partner with Recruiting, Compensation, Employment Legal, HR Operations, and other People teams on integrated strategies.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP experience in operational or complex environments.
• Significant experience partnering with senior business leaders in complex, high-growth organizations.
• Demonstrated success in organization design, workforce planning, leadership development, and talent strategy.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex challenges into practical organizational solutions.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence leaders, challenge assumptions, and coach through important decisions.
• Ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
