Senior People Business Partner (AI)

Location: Onsite in Sunnyvale, California, United States. The role requires access to export-controlled information, so candidates must be eligible under applicable U.S. Government export regulations.

Salary: $127,000–$168,000 base salary, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate business priorities into effective people decisions.
• Drive workforce planning, talent calibration, performance management, job architecture, and leveling processes.
• Use people data and business observations to identify patterns, surface insights, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead organizational change initiatives while maintaining transparency, continuity, and execution speed.
• Manage complex people matters and workplace advisory issues with sound risk and business judgment.
• Collaborate with People Team centers of excellence and cross-functional stakeholders on scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a People Business Partner supporting Product and Engineering organizations.
• Strong ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, performance management, job architecture, and leveling.
• Ability to coach leaders, recognize organizational patterns, and turn insights into practical actions.
• Experience leading organizational change and resolving complex people matters.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled information under applicable U.S. Government regulations is required.
