Program Manager - Asset Management Technology (EAM)

Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States; hybrid schedule. Travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire may be required, including emergency restoration assignments outside normal work hours or location.

Annual salary: $122,360–$135,960, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Administer Cascade, the enterprise asset management system for substation equipment.
• Develop and maintain configuration control processes for accurate substation asset data.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, operations, and project stakeholders to improve asset management processes.
• Review asset data submissions and maintain the substation equipment inventory.
• Build reports and database queries to support asset management and maintenance decisions.
• Translate maintenance plans and regulatory requirements into automated software triggers.

Requirements

• At least eight years of directly related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science, Business, or Engineering.
• Experience with Cascade or a similar enterprise asset management system.
• Background in utility infrastructure, preferably transmission and substation assets.
• Experience with technical reporting, database queries, and multidisciplinary engineering and operations collaboration.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of applicable governmental and regulatory laws, rules, and regulations.
