Professional Services Project/Program Manager

Location: US Remote; the posting also lists Westminster, Colorado. Travel requirement: up to 50%.

Salary: $78,400–$107,900 per year; bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Partner with local government and utility clients to configure, deploy, and roll out enterprise hirify.global Unity platform solutions.
• Advise clients on industry best practices, technology architectures, and deployment methodologies.
• Guide organizations in optimizing asset workflows and adopting long-term digital transformation solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Customer Success to advocate for client needs and drive solution adoption and retention.
• Integrate hirify.global and Esri technology ecosystems to streamline public-sector and utility workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, or administering enterprise solutions using ArcGIS or hirify.global Unity.
• 3+ years of technical project management experience in enterprise software deployments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Client-focused approach and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience with software engineering principles or robust application development practices.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global Unity, Cityworks, or equivalent enterprise asset management technology.
• Experience in local government, public works, utilities, or transportation.
