Salary: $165,200–$230,725 per year, depending on experience, education, skills, and geographical location.

What you will do
- Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering transmission and distribution, power generation, and renewable energy programs.
- Act as the primary client contact for scope, contracts, performance, planning, staffing, and delivery strategy.
- Direct staff and subconsultants across engineering, project controls, environmental, real estate, communications, and data management.
- Develop program management plans, governance processes, reporting dashboards, and delivery tools.
- Monitor scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, and risks; facilitate risk workshops and corrective actions.
- Support business development, pursuits, proposals, staffing plans, fees, and schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, planning, sciences, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of deputy program management experience, 5 years as a project or project controls manager, or 10 years of project management experience meeting the specified capital project thresholds.
- Leadership experience building cohesive teams and managing members across multiple locations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including presenting to client executives and large audiences.
- Experience with alternative delivery methods such as design-build, progressive design-build, or construction management at-risk.
- Familiarity with PMIS, scheduling, cost control, document and risk management, asset management, and dashboard analytics.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer license or PMP certification.
- Experience implementing PMIS platforms such as E-Builder, Procore, Kahua, or Oracle Primavera.
