Scheduling Dispatcher - Bilingual

What you will do

• Schedule and route Field Service Technicians according to customer priorities, workload, material availability, and service-level requirements.
• Monitor technician assignments and make adjustments for changing service requests and priorities.
• Contact customers to coordinate planned maintenance visits and communicate schedule changes.
• Partner with technicians to ensure they have the information needed to fulfill customer requests.
• Support service order closure by verifying documentation accuracy and completion.
• Evaluate scheduling processes to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and increase technician utilization.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree, preferably in business or communications, with at least two years of planning or scheduling experience in a service, logistics, or manufacturing organization; alternatively, five years of comparable experience.
• Experience in a field service, small business, or similar industry environment is beneficial.
• Experience with SAP and business systems.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
