What you will do
- Manage daily operations for 3PL and local warehouses in Beijing.
- Handle LPSC machine logistics services, related service orders, and inventory management.
- Fulfill service orders, track open-order deliveries, and drive on-time arrival.
- Manage inventory fill rates, safety-stock fulfillment, zero-bin situations, and partial deliveries.
- Prepare daily reports and provide accurate operational data to stakeholders.
- Coordinate routine operations across multiple local warehouse sites, including toolkit maintenance, calibration, certification, incomplete-tool handling, component ordering, stock purging, and modifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Management Science, or a related field.
- Fluent English communication skills in both written and spoken communication.
- Practical experience with SAP operations.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Strong PowerPoint skills for presentations.
- Proactive, detail-focused, and able to manage high dynamics and work under pressure.
