Operation Planner

Location: Based in Beijing, China; travel required when needed, approximately 10%.

A global semiconductor equipment manufacturer providing advanced lithography systems and related services.

What you will do

• Manage daily operations across third-party logistics providers and multiple local warehouse sites.
• Handle LPSC machine logistics service orders, including fulfillment, delivery tracking, and on-time arrival follow-up.
• Manage inventory fill rates, safety stock fulfillment, zero-bin situations, and partial deliveries.
• Coordinate toolkit maintenance, calibration and certification, incomplete tool handling, component ordering, stock purges, and modifications.
• Prepare daily reports and provide accurate operational data to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Management Science, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Practical experience with SAP operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
