Transportation Clerk (Logistics)

Location: Ayr (Kitchener), Ontario, Canada

Salary: $19.00–$22.00 CAD per hour, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

hirify.global operates a wholesale vehicle marketplace and provides logistics services to help customers manage vehicle transactions.

What you will do

• Enter vehicle information, locations, and related documents accurately into transportation and inventory management systems.
• Coordinate vehicle movements to and from Vehicle Logistics Centers, dispatch loads, and complete transportation paperwork.
• Arrange sublet transportation carriers and serve as a liaison for Lead Drivers when dispatch or supervision is unavailable.
• Respond to email, phone, and walk-in inquiries from internal stakeholders, customers, and subcontractors.
• Post transportation-related charges to customer accounts when required.
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve issues, and communicate with customers and relevant personnel to support satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related experience or education in office administration or accounting.
• Comfort using technology and Google Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or general administration.
• Experience with AMS, VTrace, or other hirify.global systems.
• Bilingual English/French skills.
