What you will do
- Lead complex product initiatives across multiple teams or programs.
- Refine backlogs with priorities, acceptance criteria, sequencing, and measurable success criteria.
- Lead AI-enhanced feature development with engineering and data science partners.
- Track roadmap progress and customer impact, adjusting plans to mitigate delivery risks.
- Partner with architecture and technical leads on scalability, feasibility, technical debt, and delivery readiness.
- Mentor Product Owners on backlog hygiene, delivery standards, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or in Agile delivery.
- Experience leading delivery across teams or programs.
- Strong experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Aha!.
- Ability to manage complex implementations and address technical debt, performance, and scalability.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI or automation technologies.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner certification or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS platforms, or data-rich environments.
