Technical Product Owner (AI)

Location: Remote/work at home nationwide in the USA; hybrid work in Boston, MA with time in office may be required. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $124,800–$171,600 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap across AI decisioning, data pipelines, and omnichannel activation.
• Coordinate member data dependencies with data engineering teams and ensure clinical, behavioral, web, and socioeconomic signals support model training and scoring.
• Manage integration requirements and timelines across digital development, Adobe Experience Platform, and email, SMS, and direct-mail channels.
• Write implementation-ready user stories and acceptance criteria spanning data engineering, ML engineering, backend, and frontend squads.
• Translate model performance, campaign results, and A/B testing outcomes for senior leadership while bringing operational insights into delivery planning.
• Govern suppression, frequency caps, consent, and eligibility rules in collaboration with compliance and business owners.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA; hybrid work in Boston, MA with office attendance is required for this setup.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager on a data-intensive or AI/ML platform.
• Experience with data pipelines, data quality, model feedback loops, cross-team dependencies, and vendor integrations.
• Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria spanning multiple engineering teams and reason about schemas and dashboards.
• Demonstrated use of AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Adobe Experience Platform or similar marketing activation tools.
• Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable cloud data platforms.
• Healthcare, insurance, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Experience translating A/B testing results into roadmap decisions.
