Corporate Communications Director

Location: US - San Francisco, CA; at least 3 days per week in the office are required.

Salary: $153,600–$273,200 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Develop and execute proactive storytelling strategies that communicate hirify.global’s growth across markets, products, and business lines.
• Lead financial communications for quarterly earnings, business milestones, and investor-adjacent messaging in partnership with Investor Relations, Finance, Legal, and business leaders.
• Translate complex financial and business data into clear, compelling narratives and media opportunities.
• Draft press releases, executive talking points, media pitches, Q&A documents, and other communications materials.
• Build relationships with financial, business, and trade press through pitching, briefings, and direct media engagement.
• Measure communications effectiveness and improve processes, tools, and approaches for data storytelling and media engagement.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• At least 10 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in a large, global, matrixed organization.
• Experience developing financial communications strategies, including earnings and business-performance communications.
• Demonstrated media relations experience with business, financial, and trade press.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, including press releases, executive talking points, bylines, and related materials.
• Experience advising senior executives and partnering with Investor Relations, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional stakeholders.
