Senior Director, Product Management (AI)

What you will do

• Define and lead the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for a cloud-based procurement and spend management platform.
• Drive adoption, retention, customer ROI, revenue growth, margin impact, and measurable platform utilization.
• Develop commercial models covering transaction-based revenue, supplier fees, marketplace economics, and value-based services.
• Build spend data capabilities by integrating, standardizing, and benchmarking AP, purchasing, p-card, and external data feeds.
• Embed AI into predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, supplier performance analysis, and automated decision support workflows.
• Lead Product Managers, partner with Engineering and executive stakeholders, and represent the Spend Management portfolio with customers and strategic partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or another advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership in SaaS, marketplace, procurement technology, supply chain technology, fintech, or data platforms.
• Experience scaling transaction-based or marketplace-style platforms with revenue and margin accountability.
• Experience building AI- and advanced-analytics products and complex data-intensive platforms.
• Experience leading Product Managers and partnering closely with Engineering on reliable delivery and scalable architecture.
• Ability to travel by car or plane up to 25%; valid, unexpired driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.

• Background in data platforms that unify multiple operational systems into a single intelligence layer.
