What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy for core logistics solutions in line with business and customer needs.
• Lead discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, validation, and product delivery from concept through launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, solutions, and go-to-market teams to build integrations with OMS, WMS, TMS, and POS systems.
• Work with enterprise customers and solutions engineers to develop use cases and validate workflow improvements.
• Measure product adoption and impact through analytics and reporting.
• Test AI models, agent capabilities, and feature prototypes using real-world customer use cases, while representing the product vision with customers and partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or enterprise software.
• Strong technical acumen with experience in system integrations, APIs, and complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to conduct discovery, identify unarticulated needs, and turn ambiguous requirements into clear product specifications.
• Experience leading cross-functional product development with engineering, design, and technical sales or solutions teams.
• Ability to write requirements, user stories, and comprehensive use cases based on customer feedback.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to technical and executive audiences, plus the ability to drive initiatives from 0 to 1.
