Location: Remote anywhere in Canada or the United States, with a preference for EST timezone availability. Travel is required as needed, including approximately 20% travel, monthly trips to Ottawa, customer-site visits, and industry conferences. Candidates must hold a valid passport and be legally eligible for international travel to Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.

What you will do

• Lead the Product organization across CIS7, customer portal, mobile workforce management, and adjacent products.
• Establish repeatable intake, discovery, prioritization, roadmap, governance, and outcome-measurement processes.
• Lead customer discovery, validate problems, define success metrics, and measure realized value after releases.
• Coach five Product Managers, Product Owners, and Subject Matter Experts into strategic product leaders.
• Partner with Engineering, Professional Services, Sales, Support, and executive leadership to improve forecast accuracy and roadmap clarity.
• Promote practical adoption of AI-enabled tools while maintaining sound judgment, security, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years leading Product teams.
• Demonstrated success shipping products that deliver customer value.
• Experience building or maturing a Product operating model in a scaling organization.
• Strong product judgment, executive communication, and ability to influence without authority.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Valid passport, international travel eligibility, and ability to work remotely from Canada or the United States.

• Enterprise B2B SaaS experience.
• Experience introducing modern product practices into an established organization.
• Fluency with AI-enabled product development.
• Direct experience in the utilities industry, including utility operations, regulation, vendors, and customers.
