What you will do

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product management team while operating as a player-coach.
• Own the full lifecycle and strategic direction of the CAD, Records, and Jail product portfolio.
• Drive customer retention, expansion, new bookings, product adoption, and revenue growth.
• Partner with Finance and FP&A on forecasting, business cases, ROI, and the financial narrative for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on roadmap execution and go-to-market strategy.
• Lead AI-first ways of working, data-driven product decisions, competitive analysis, and direct management of at least one product.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• MBA or comparable business education.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar product leadership role within a SaaS environment.
• Proven success scaling a business, leading product teams, and developing product strategy, market fit, pricing, and packaging for hardware-software products.
• Experience with customer retention, new bookings, competitive product strategy, financial models, business cases, forecasts, and partnership with Finance and FP&A.
• Demonstrated ability to lead an AI-first transformation and use data as a strategic company resource.
