Director, Denials AI

Location: Virtual, Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey, USA; occasional travel to client sites may be required.

What you will do

• Own and advocate for the Denials AI Workflow platform.
• Lead new client implementations and existing client expansions, including solution design, workflow configuration, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization.
• Coordinate with Product, Analytics, Data, Operations, Client Delivery, Support, and Engineering teams to align business requirements with technical execution.
• Establish scalable implementation methodologies, governance, standards, templates, KPIs, SLAs, and operational dashboards.
• Build, mentor, and lead implementation consultants and solution analysts.
• Oversee post-go-live support, complex escalations, product adoption, executive reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare technology, software implementations, product management, or technical operations.
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams, including implementation, support, consulting, or product-focused teams.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Solution Owner, Technical Lead, or Implementation Leader, with a record of managing complex software implementations.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and analyzing datasets to validate implementation results.
• Knowledge of healthcare data transactions, strong communication skills, executive presentation experience, and compliance with HIPAA and information security policies.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AWS Cloud technologies.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled healthcare applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
