Location: Onsite in Lafayette, CO (Minimum 4 days a week onsite)

Salary: $133,600 - $200,400

What you will do

• Define and drive short- and long-range product strategies for AI-enabled and cloud SaaS solutions.
• Lead market research, segmentation, and competitive analysis across cranial and spine surgery AI ecosystems.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to define AI applications, deployment strategies, and data pipelines.
• Develop upstream marketing strategies, core messaging, and positioning for surgeon and hospital administrator audiences.
• Manage product programs, virtual team performance, and stakeholder relations to ensure successful product launches.
• Act as a subject matter expert to advocate for the adoption and investment in AI business models across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (or 5 years with an advanced degree).
• Demonstrated experience in AI/ML-driven products and cloud SaaS applications.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.

• Experience in product management or strategy roles within software, AI, or digital health.
• Proven track record of bringing complex, technical products to market.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and compelling customer value propositions.
