Field Marketing Manager (Cloud Security)

Location: United States; travel across the US and onsite work are required during event setup, execution, and teardown.

What you will do

• Plan and execute field marketing programs across the US, including dinners, meetups, workshops, trade shows, partner events, and owned activations.
• Manage event operations end to end, including budgets, venues, vendors, registration, shipments, booth setup, swag, and post-event workflows.
• Partner with sales and demand generation to drive attendance, support prospect outreach, and influence pipeline progression.
• Execute digital event components such as invitations, landing pages, email sequences, registration, and follow-up cadences.
• Track attendance quality, pipeline creation and acceleration, cost efficiency, and ROI, then provide data-driven recommendations.
• Strengthen hirify.global’s presence across key US markets, technology communities, and cloud security audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in field or event marketing at a high-growth B2B company or in the hospitality industry.
• Experience planning and executing events end to end, including venue coordination, vendor management, registration, onsite execution, and follow-up.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage shipments, show services, AV coordination, swag, branded materials, and onsite logistics.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple deadlines, anticipate needs, and solve problems quickly.
• Willingness to travel across the US and work onsite during event setup, execution, and teardown; ability to lift and move materials up to 40 lbs.
