Event Marketing Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote (US Only); travel up to 50% required based on business and event needs.

What you will do

• Develop and execute event marketing strategies aligned with business priorities, revenue goals, and brand objectives.
• Evaluate events, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities, and manage the annual event calendar.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for trade shows, customer events, executive programs, and industry conferences.
• Manage contracts, vendors, venues, exhibits, travel, shipping, budgets, forecasts, and onsite operations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders.
• Measure pipeline influence, lead quality, engagement, attendance, and ROI, delivering post-event recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or integrated marketing.
• Experience planning and executing trade shows, conferences, customer events, or similar marketing programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget expectations.
• Experience with Salesforce, project management tools such as Asana, event management software, and marketing technology platforms.
• Strong business acumen, project management, organizational, analytical, presentation, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience marketing to associations, nonprofits, or SaaS organizations.
• Experience supporting executive-level customer events.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing or integrated campaign execution.
