Program Manager (Army)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; in-office five days a week unless working at a customer site. Willingness to travel to client locations is required.

Salary: $150,000–$300,000 USD base salary per year, plus potential government clearance differential and discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize customer success programs for the US Army across onboarding, adoption, value realization, and renewal.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional technology modernization initiatives from initiation through completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes.
• Build and maintain a strategic roadmap aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
• Represent customer needs internally and use feedback to guide program development and product enhancements.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs including customer health scores, NPS, churn, and renewal rates.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, mitigate risks, and mentor Customer Success team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of program management experience delivering complex technology modernization initiatives within the Army or other relevant federal government agencies.
• Experience managing more than 50 resources and over $13M in annual services revenue, with measurable program results.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills, including experience with Army clients.
• Proficiency with hirify.global, modern platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Palantir, and/or custom application development.
• US citizenship and the ability to hold a US government clearance are required.

Nice to have

• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist.
• Experience using AI-enabled code generation approaches for technology modernization.
