What you will do

• Handle technical customer inquiries, conduct customer training, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coach and direct assigned Customer Engineers, including career planning, corrective actions, objectives, and performance reviews.
• Plan Customer Engineer availability and workload, coordinate manpower requests, and assign service-related projects.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation, reports, management reporting, and required departmental procedures.
• Act as the focal point for service issues, communicate with regional and technical support offices, and run customer meetings.
• Provide sales and technical support while safeguarding health, safety, and welfare.

Requirements

• Understanding and application of guidelines, procedures, and processes within the job family.
• Ability to supervise day-to-day work and participate in employee coaching and development.
• Ability to resolve production schedule and daily priority issues using judgment and established practice.
• Strong tact and diplomacy when exchanging information and handling sensitive issues.
• Compliance with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct and ethical requirements.
