Recruiter – Talent Acquisition & Full-Cycle Recruiting

Location: Remote from Honduras; availability during U.S. client business hours is required.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from job intake and sourcing through interviews, offer acceptance, and onboarding handoffs.
• Build active and passive candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, direct outreach, and niche sourcing channels.
• Conduct structured phone and video interviews, assess candidate fit, validate experience, and prepare candidate summaries.
• Coordinate candidates, clients, and hiring managers across interviews, feedback, offers, negotiations, and hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate stages, interview notes, follow-ups, dispositions, and pipeline visibility in ATS platforms.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, conversion rates, pipeline health, and offer acceptance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.
• Hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience while managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and major job boards.
• Experience conducting structured interviews, assessing candidates, and managing recruiting pipelines in an ATS such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, or iCIMS.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and availability during U.S. client business hours.
• Strong organization, follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Agency, staffing, high-volume, international, or remote recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for SaaS, technology, finance and accounting, sales, marketing, property management, or professional services roles.
• Experience with U.S.-based hiring managers or clients, recruiting analytics, employment law, compliance, offer negotiations, or compensation discussions.
