TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruitment): Driving internal hiring across various business functions with an accent on full-cycle recruitment and strategic pipeline building. Location: Remote (Philippines). Core hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for internal teams including Growth, Sales, Talent Acquisition, Client Success, and Operations.
  • Proactively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn and alternative channels to build evergreen pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and success criteria.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through the offer stage.
  • Improve recruiting workflows, systems, and analyze metrics such as pipeline health and time-to-fill.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of recruitment experience in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and consistently close hires.
  • Strong sourcing skills and a structured, analytical approach to candidate evaluation.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Ability to work core hours of 9 AM – 5 PM EST.

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring for remote or global teams.
  • Background in high-growth startups or recruitment agencies.
  • Proficiency in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Experience improving recruiting workflows and processes.
