Internal Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Must be based in the Philippines. Role requires alignment with 9 AM – 5 PM EST working hours.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring across internal functions including Growth, Sales, and Operations.
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining speed and candidate quality.
• Proactively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn and alternative channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and success criteria.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage.
• Improve recruiting workflows, systems, and interview processes to support company growth.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and consistently close hires.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify, engage, and convert high-quality candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High ownership and accountability with a partner mindset toward hiring managers.
• Must be based in the Philippines and available during 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
