TL;DR
IT Recruiter (IT Recruiting): Sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for developer, functional, and other IT roles with an accent on hiring-manager partnership, candidate qualification, and managing multiple requisitions. Focus on building diverse candidate pipelines, negotiating and closing offers, maintaining ATS data, and supporting hiring across multiple departments and locations.
Location: Hybrid in Monterrey, Mexico

What you will do
- Deliver strategic and tactical recruiting for assigned organizations and requisitions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and understand business goals.
- Source, attract, screen, and recommend candidates through social media, referrals, career fairs, networking, direct outreach, and other channels.
- Conduct phone interviews, negotiate offers, and support offer closing.
- Coordinate with HR centers of excellence and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system and prepare job advertisements for job boards, internal systems, and social media.
Requirements
- Prior experience recruiting for IT roles, including developers, functional roles, and other technology positions.
- Understanding of software development technologies.
- Ability to manage 20 or more requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience negotiating and closing offers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and OCC, with excellent written and verbal English.
Nice to have
- 3 or more years of applicable recruiting experience with demonstrated success and knowledge.
- Experience with Workday ATS.
