Bilingual Recruiter (Manufacturing)

Location: Mexico; remote work, with a hybrid arrangement requiring two office days per week for candidates based in Monterrey

What you will do

• Lead job-scope meetings with hiring leaders and provide market data and recommendations for recruitment strategies.
• Review ATS applications, assess qualifications, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate skills assessments.
• Source candidates through resume databases, search engines, networking platforms, Boolean searches, and referrals.
• Engage candidates through phone, email, and social media; prepare them for interviews and maintain timely communication.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offers, compensation recommendations, negotiations, and candidate acceptance.
• Build talent pipelines, maintain recruiting metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and recommend solutions for difficult searches.

Requirements

• At least two years of recruiting experience, including recruiting for blue-collar or manufacturing positions.
• Proficiency in English.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency recruitment environment.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques, Microsoft Office, ATS platforms, and social media recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, talent acquisition practices, and recruiting metrics.
