Staff Product Manager, Growth

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $180,000–$225,000 annually

What you will do

• Own growth product strategy and execution, initially focused on improving the Start-to-Visit funnel.
• Analyze funnels, segmentation, cohorts, and behavioral data to identify constraints, drop-off points, and high-leverage opportunities.
• Develop hypotheses and run a high-velocity program of rigorous A/B tests, measuring incremental impact and compounding learnings.
• Balance continuous optimization with larger product bets that can unlock significant growth.
• Expand growth initiatives across retention, LTV, organic acquisition, referrals, and product-led growth loops.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, marketing, operations, and clinical teams to drive outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including significant experience building consumer growth products.
• Track record of improving conversion, activation, retention, engagement, or LTV at scale.
• Expertise in funnels, experimentation, metrics, behavioral data, and A/B test design and interpretation.
• Strong systems thinking, product judgment, rigor, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in ambiguity.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment authorization is verified through E-Verify after an offer is accepted.
