Customer Service Representative

Location: Onsite in Sparwood, British Columbia, Canada; 4x3 schedule with 12-hour days. Up to 20% travel may be required for on-site customer meetings and operational support. This position does not offer relocation.

Salary: CAD 62,800–78,600 per year, depending on skills and qualifications.

What you will do

• Manage parts and service orders, quotations, billing, credits, warranty documentation, pricing approvals, rebates, and contract records.
• Coordinate with planning, warehouse, supply chain, and field teams to execute customer jobs successfully.
• Source and expedite parts to minimize equipment downtime.
• Support mining customers with technical parts inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution.
• Participate in customer planning meetings, outage preparation, and inventory discussions.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service experience and 5+ years in mining, industrial parts, or heavy equipment.
• High school diploma required.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment components and parts identification.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access mine sites without restriction; an RCMP criminal record check and a 5-year provincial driving record are required.
