Advisor Service Centre Representative Bilingual (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Calgary, Canada (Current work authorization for Canada is required)

Salary: $58,000 - $72,000

What you will do

• Deliver exceptional customer service to investment advisors and investors in an inbound contact centre.
• Collaborate with advisors to provide support for short-term and long-term investment strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client information requests and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Represent the company brand through professional and timely client interactions.

Requirements

• Bilingualism in French and English (verbal and written) is required.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• College Diploma or equivalent experience (recent graduates encouraged).
• Availability to work rotating shifts Monday through Friday between 8 am and 6 pm local time (MDT).
• Analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex client problems.
