Marketing Manager - Customer Experience (AI)

What you will do

• Lead strategic marketing for high-profile customer engagement opportunities, including industry tradeshows, executive customer visits, and campus experiences.
• Partner with executive leaders to develop customer engagement strategies, guide investment decisions, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Lead the evolution of the Customer Meeting Center experience to reflect the innovation strategy and improve customer interactions.
• Develop AI-enabled approaches and identify emerging technologies that improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership to deliver integrated customer experiences aligned with business priorities.
• Measure impact through pipeline generation, executive engagement, brand awareness, and customer value creation while leading complex cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic marketing, customer engagement, experiential marketing, tradeshow strategy, or a related discipline.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on customer engagement initiatives that drive brand growth and business results.
• Experience using AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 15%; a valid, unexpired driver’s license and satisfactory driving record are required.
