Field Marketing Manager (AI Healthcare)

Healthcare technology company building an AI operating system that streamlines revenue cycle, clinical operations, and administrative workflows for healthcare organizations.

What you will do

• Build and manage the annual event calendar, budget, and KPIs for the main business unit.
• Plan and execute tradeshows, conferences, owned events, executive dinners, and roundtables.
• Develop pre- and post-event campaigns across email, paid social, sales outreach, and enablement.
• Coordinate event logistics agencies, vendors, contracts, speaking opportunities, booth production, shipping, staffing, and on-site delivery.
• Measure leads, pipeline, and ROI, using performance data to improve event quality and effectiveness.
• Expand into adjacent pipeline-generating functions such as customer or partner marketing as business needs evolve.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B event or field marketing experience.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS company is preferred.
• Track record managing large industry tradeshows and high-touch executive events.
• Experience managing budgets, negotiating vendor contracts, and generating measurable pipeline.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, and prioritization skills.
