Technical Program and Lab Operations Manager (Semiconductor)

Salary: $138,000–$190,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day technical, safety, and administrative operations for semiconductor laboratory environments.
• Manage hardware programs, including equipment installation, qualification, maintenance, infrastructure support, and completion tracking.
• Coordinate calibration, preventive and corrective services, inventories, consumables, capital upgrades, budgets, and vendor-supported activities.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational issues while driving corrective actions and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Manage and develop technicians through training, career planning, coaching, hiring, and performance processes.
• Coordinate Engineering, Facilities, EHS, and vendor stakeholders while maintaining 6S and cleanroom standards.

Requirements

• Experience managing semiconductor laboratory operations and technical programs or projects.
• Knowledge of equipment installation, qualification, calibration, maintenance, and infrastructure support.
• Experience with EHS compliance, operational procedures, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational, documentation, communication, prioritization, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs, inventories, inspections, operational priorities, and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time; relocation is not available for this position.
