What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Program Management team to strengthen capability and execution excellence.
• Establish and reinforce disciplined product development and program management practices across the division.
• Drive high-quality planning, schedule rigor, and resource alignment.
• Partner with engineering, marketing, applications, and operations to align priorities and resolve issues.
• Provide leadership visibility into program health, risks, scope changes, and decision points.
• Oversee risk, issue, and change management across the portfolio to ensure predictable outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in program and project management within complex technology environments.
• Deep expertise in product development best practices and driving disciplined execution.
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing Program Management teams.
• Experience leading teams and programs across global or multi-site organizations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (not eligible for visa sponsorship).
